The Palace Theater is a 2543 seat facility with orchestra and mezzanine levels.  Additionally the house can be divided into 3 other seating capacities: 635,1136,1856.                                                                                                                                               

House Package includes rent, technical inventory, tech director, FOH personnel, building manager, cleaning, and box office use.
